Accommodations
The BARN APARTMENT a 2-bedroom private apartment with a sleeping loft that can sleep two more.
The apartment sleeps a maximum 6 people; at about 700 square feet, that's a cozy space for six.
(For more than six, or for more space, guests can also rent our Bunk House, a 140-square food tiny house.)
 
The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, toaster oven, fridge, coffee maker.
There is a kitchen table, a living room area, and a full bath. The apartment is heated, and has a wood-burning stove.
There is a private yard with a fire pit and a charcoal grill (We supply charcoal). 

Farm Camp: Guests book through airbnb and pay a base fee of $200-300/night depending on time of year.  
We supply coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, various soaps for kitchen and bathroom,
but otherwise guests are expected to bring any and all food and personal items.  
Farm camp is optional and an additional fee of $100/family.

Retreats: Guests book directly through us. All food is included. (Alcoholic beverages are BYO.)
Three guests can stay comfortably in the Farm house, which has two bedrooms, a loft space and a futon in the LR. There is also a Tiny House, a 140-square-foot tiny house. It has two full-size beds, bunk-style, The Bunk House's bathroom and kitchen are on the floor below the Barn Apartment, about 200 yards from the Bunk House.

Writers' Retreats: $500/person, minimum of 4 people.
Crafters' Retreats: $600/person, minimum of 4 people. All materials and supplies included.
